BIKINI DIET TIPS

Diet Tip Number 1: 'Picking' fruit over sweet and fatty desserts can whittle away your mid-section and bring healthy benefits to your skin, hair and teeth - as well as your internal organs.

Diet Tip Number Two: Limiting snacks is one of the best ways to lose unwanted weight. Most typical snacks contain 200 calories or more.

Diet Tip Number Three: Blot excess oil from foods when dining out with a paper towel.  One Tablespoon of most oil contains over 100+ calories - and oil equals fat.

Diet Tip Number Six: Many dieters bag up raw veggies to eat throughout the day, without any salad dressing OR sauces.

 

 Rather than bag up chunks of veggies, try shredding the following: carrots, cabbage, zucchini - then add a few sliced mushrooms.  Rather than use a creamy dip, opt for a fruity glaze: 4 whole strawberries, mashed; add a few packets of Splenda; pour into salad. This mix contains very minimal calories and makes an excellent filler while dieting.

Diet Tip Number Seven:  Liven up your diet beverages (coffee/tea/juice/water) by adding a shot of REAL extract such as vanilla, rum, maple, banana, strawberry, lemon, almond and rootbeer.

Diet Tip Number Eight:  When exercising, take a tiny bottle filled with four parts water and one part alcohol.  The spray works well in removing grime, and may even protect you from getting poison ivy if used upon contact.

Diet Tip Number Nine: A quick, healthy, energetic snack that you can use when you're really feeling a surge of hunger is: 1 TEASPOON of peanut butter smeared on DIET BREAD (35-40 calories).  Sprinkle the top with Splenda OR mix into the peanut butter before spreading on the bread.  About 130 calories.

Diet Tip Number Ten:  Our best diet tip?  Don't give up and stick with your diet!! It's a diet tip that is rarely mentioned - but perhaps the most valuable diet tip in the universe!
