Does Counting Calories Work?

You bet!  Counting calories for weight loss is the favorite Diet Child of most doctors and nutritionists. It's how I lost a ton of weight, and how I have maintained my weight for years and years.

Is it the only method of weight lost?  No! Certainly not! Every dieter should explore the market and find the mode of weight loss that best suits their needs, and they should work in conjunction with their health provider while losing weight to ensure that all nutrition needs are being met.

Even fad diets may have something that you can insert into a wholesome diet plan. For example, the Cabbage Soup Diet is one of the most risky and unhealthy modes for weight loss BUT the recipe for cabbage soup is something that makes an excellent AND healthy filler in most every diet plan. So do the research, pinpoint a diet that you can live with, and work with your doctor to lose weight. It will happen!
