for Sunburn
A
hot shower taken immediately after your burn may hasten peeling as well as ease
pain.

Dissolve
aspirin; apply directly to skin to ease pain.

Aromatherapy: Add 20
drops each of lavender and chamomile essential oils to a bath of cool water
and soak for at least ten minutes.

Milk: Dip
gauze in whole milk and apply to the sunburned areas for about twenty minutes
to ease pain; repeat every two to four hours. Be sure to cleanse
the milk away after you removing compress.

A baking soda bath will soothe sunburn. Add one cup of baking soda to
a tub filled with lukewarm water (94-98 degrees) and soak for thirty minutes
to one hour. Pat dry.
