 Can I Be Thin?

The dieters first and foremost goal should address this question:

'Can I Be Healthy?'

Being thin doesn't always translate into being healthy. And if one is not healthy, one generally fades away faster than one who is healthy - and at that point, it doesn't matter if they are thin or not.  So your state of health should always be the main focus.

The good news is that if the dieter enjoys a healthy lifestyle along with moderate activity, they have excellent odds of being both healthy and thin.  

By thin, we are referring to what is accepted by the medical world as 'normal/acceptable weight range'.

So yes, one can definitely be thin - but more than this, aim to be thin and healthy!
