Is the Internet a Trusted Diet Source?

There is a lot of information trapped in the World Wide Web. But just how much faith and trust can you place in what you read?

I've had health problems flare up over time, and yes, I will admit that I went to the Internet to determine the cause. By the time I got finished reading cyberspace, I was certain that I was dying with cancer and all hope was lost.

Recently, my doctor told me that he had learned everything online on the first day of medical school.  And he's right!
